台湾重金鼓励生第三胎
Taiwan is offering subsidised babysitting in a bid to boost the island's dwindling birth rate, The China Times reported Tuesday. Those who have 3 children, with one aged under 2, will receive a monthly babysitting subsidy of NT$3,000 from next year. From 2012 the "interior ministry" will also give low-income families NT$5,000 per month for each child until it turns 2 in an initiative estimated to cost NT$1.18b a year. Last year 191,310 babies were born in Taiwan, down 3.74% from the previous year.
据台湾《中国时报》7日报道，台湾为提高日渐走低的生育率，将采取发放高额生育补助的方式。从明年起，家长只要育有第3胎，在小孩满两岁以前，都可向政府申请每月3000元新台币的"保母托育"费用补助。台湾"内政部"表示，家有零至两岁幼儿的低收入父母，每月可领5000元补助。"内政部"估算，这项育儿津贴的经费总额将达到11.8亿元。去年，台湾仅有191310名婴儿出生，较前年减少3.74%。
